  • Active and targeted search on CV portals in Switzerland and abroad
  • Initial contact with potential candidates and selection of interesting CVs
  • Formulation of a strategy for searching for candidates – an additional service, on request

2nd phase

  • Organization of the first interviews with selected candidates at your premises

3rd phase

4th phase

  • Organization of 2nd round of interviews and possible 3rd round

5th phase – additional service, available on request

  • Assessment
  • Support for change in your company

6th phase

  • Providing a professional IDC coach during the first 3 months to support the person hired; a maximum of 5 one-hour sessions (at our premises/the client’s premises/by phone/by Skype)
  • Package offered for each candidate provided by us
